ID 123 — End-to-End Brand & Accessibility Transformation (USA Market)

A one-man creative department responsible for building an accessibility-first digital ecosystem — combining branding, UX systems, compliance research, and product execution for the U.S. market.

At ID 123, I led the complete creative and digital transformation of the brand as a solo design lead. From building the visual identity system to designing the website, application ecosystem, accessibility framework, and user experience strategy — I handled the entire design operation independently while aligning with U.S. accessibility standards and market expectations.

This project showcases my capability as a multidisciplinary creative leader who combines branding, UX strategy, accessibility compliance, product thinking, and execution under one vision.

The company required:

  • A completely new brand identity
  • A scalable digital ecosystem
  • An accessibility-compliant product experience for the U.S. market
  • A modern interface capable of building trust and usability
  • Strong visual differentiation in a compliance-heavy industry

At the same time, the project demanded deep understanding of accessibility laws and real-world usability expectations due to increasing legal scrutiny in digital accessibility across the United States.

Strategy & Approach

1. Accessibility-First Thinking Instead of treating accessibility as an afterthought, the entire product ecosystem was designed with inclusive UX principles from the beginning.

This included:

  • semantic structure planning
  • high readability systems
  • adaptive interaction behavior
  • scalable typography
  • accessible navigation patterns

2. Building a Scalable Design System

A modular design system was created to maintain consistency across:

  • app interfaces
  • marketing materials
  • web components
  • internal product scaling

The system improved:

  • development efficiency
  • usability consistency
  • visual recognition
  • future scalability
